Why teams switch

Keyword filters and scattered tools cost you good people.

  • Today

A keyword filter scores a 15-year backend engineer low because the last role was mobile.

    With HubNugget

Smart scoring shows the earlier backend experience, the years behind it, and what to ask.

  • Today

Resumes, interview slots and feedback live in inboxes, sheets and chats.

    With HubNugget

One pipeline per job, with interviews, feedback and emails attached to each candidate.

  • Today

Candidates hear nothing after they apply or interview.

    With HubNugget

Invites with a calendar file, reschedule notices and decision emails go out for you.

01 · Job management

Paste a job description. Get a structured job.

HubNugget reads the JD and fills in the title, required and good-to-have skills, tech stack, location, work setup and salary. You review it, then publish when you're ready.

  • Draft, publish, unpublish and archive
  • Interview rounds set per job
  • Recruiters see only the jobs assigned to them

02 · Job board

Your open roles on a public job board.

Published roles appear on the HubNugget job board with a clear page for each job. Candidates apply with their resume in a couple of minutes, and every applicant lands in that job's pipeline.

  • One page per role, ready to share
  • Apply with a resume upload, no account needed
  • Applicants arrive already parsed and scored

03 · Candidate pipeline

Every candidate, every stage, one board.

Move people through your stages on a kanban board instead of a spreadsheet. Bring in candidates from your talent pool, upload resumes, or let applicants flow in from the job board.

  • Drag and drop between stages
  • Talent pool for your account, reusable across jobs
  • Match score and verdict on every card

04 · Smart scoring

A fit score that explains itself.

HubNugget turns the job into a short list of what it needs, then reads the candidate's whole dated career for each one. Earlier experience counts. Work that implies a skill counts. Anything missing becomes a question to ask, not a rejection.

  • Clear, earlier, implied or not mentioned, with the roles and years behind it
  • Questions to ask on the call, ready to copy
  • Never rejects anyone on its own

Illustration: A fit overview for a sample candidate: verdict Worth a call. Backend development shows earlier experience of about 15 years, last used in 2019. Production deployment shows clear recent evidence. CMS deployment is implied by their work. Database design is not mentioned, with a question to ask.

05 · AI that does the busywork

Resumes become profiles automatically.

Upload a resume and HubNugget reads it into a clean profile: experience with dates, projects, skills and links. The same AI extracts jobs from descriptions and powers smart scoring. You see the result; you make the call.

  • Resume parsing into structured profiles
  • Job description extraction
  • Monthly AI credits included in the plan

06 · Automated emails

Candidates hear from you at every step.

When you schedule an interview, the candidate gets an invite with a calendar file. If the time changes, they get the update. When you hire someone or decide not to move ahead, they get a clear email.

  • Interview invites with a calendar file (.ics)
  • Reschedule notices
  • Hired and not-selected emails

Illustration: A timeline of emails sent to a candidate: interview invite with calendar file, reschedule notice, and the final decision.

07 · Interview management

Schedule rounds without the back and forth.

Plan each round, pick team or external interviewers, and send the invite. Interviewers get their own inbox with just their interviews, meeting links and the candidate's resume.

  • Rounds per job, team or external interviewers
  • An interviewer inbox with only their assignments
  • Secure guest links with a passcode

Illustration: A week calendar with two scheduled interviews, and an interviewer inbox listing the next interview with a Join link.

08 · Feedback management

Decisions with the reasons written down.

Interviewers advance or reject with notes right after the round. Every candidate keeps an interview history, so the next round and the final decision start from what was actually observed.

  • Advance or reject with notes
  • Interview history on every candidate
  • Hiring managers stay in the loop

FAQ

Questions about HubNugget ATS

What is HubNugget ATS?

HubNugget ATS is an applicant tracking system for small hiring teams. It covers job posting, a public job board, a candidate pipeline, AI resume scoring, interview scheduling, feedback and candidate emails in one workspace.

How is HubNugget's smart scoring different from a keyword ATS?

It checks the candidate's whole dated career against what the job needs, not just matching keywords. Each need is marked as clear and recent, earlier experience, implied by their work, or not mentioned, with the roles and years behind it and a question to ask.

Does HubNugget ATS reject candidates automatically?

No. The score and verdict help you sort applicants, and a person always makes the decision. "Not mentioned" means ask the candidate, not that the skill is missing.

How much does HubNugget ATS cost?

$99 per year on the early-bird plan, with unlimited jobs, candidates and team members. Monthly AI credits are included, and top-ups are available if you need more. There is no free trial; request a demo to get started.

What are AI credits used for?

AI credits cover the AI steps: reading resumes into profiles, extracting job details from a job description, and the evidence review behind smart scoring. Jobs, the pipeline, interviews, feedback and emails work without using credits.

Can interviewers and hiring managers use it without full access?

Yes. Interviewers get their own inbox with only the interviews assigned to them, and you can share an interview with a guest through a secure link protected by a passcode.

Do candidates get emails automatically?

Yes. Candidates get an interview invite with a calendar file, an update if the interview is rescheduled, and an email when you hire them or decide not to move ahead.

Hire on evidence, not keywords.

$99 a year for your whole team, while the early-bird price lasts.
