HubNugget researches the role, sources candidates, and has an engineer screen them. You receive about 10 to 15 people at a time. If that batch is not the hire, the search is refined and the next set arrives. HubNugget stays until the role is filled or you stop the search.

HubNugget is a productized service. It uses its own tools for the pipeline, interview feedback, and scheduling. The hiring team receives the shortlist. HubNugget stays in touch, coordinates the loop, and sends meeting invites and feedback links for interviewers.

The SaaS product is invite only.

You share an accurate role, interview the shortlist, and make the hiring decision. HubNugget does not choose the person you hire.

The first five placements are 8% of CTC. From the sixth placement on, the fee is 10% of CTC.

The invoice is raised on the day the employee joins and is payable within 15 days. A search that ends with nobody joining has no invoice. The fee is not due when the search starts.

If the placed engineer leaves or is let go within 90 days for fit or performance reasons covered by the engagement, HubNugget runs one free replacement search for the same role. That replacement is once. It is not a cash refund.

If you hire someone HubNugget introduced for that role, the placement fee is still due. That includes contacting them outside this process. The introduction is the referral.

HubNugget does not employ the candidate and does not guarantee that an offer will be accepted. Not every person on a shortlist will be hired. HubNugget does not publish a success rate.
